Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
Füt Health Spa operates by appointment only, with each appointment time reserved exclusively for you. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and rescheduling policies:

  • Credit Card Required: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. You may do so conveniently online or by phone. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% service fee charged to the card on file.

  • Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Missed appointments, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, will also result in the full service fee being charged.

  • Repeat No-Shows: Clients who miss two appointments without proper notice will be placed on a prepay-only basis for all future bookings.

We understand that life happens, and schedules can change. To help you keep track of your upcoming appointments, we send confirmation reminders via email and text 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and the time of our other clients.

Late Arrivals
We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled service. Arriving late may shorten your appointment time, which can affect the quality and overall experience of your treatment.

If you are running behind, please call or text us at (520) 734- 7502 as soon as possible.

  • Arrivals less than 15 minutes late: Your service will be adjusted to fit within the remaining scheduled time, but the full service fee will still apply.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late: Your appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled. In either case, the full cost of the original service will be charged.

Nail Repairs & Fixes
We stand behind the quality of our services and want you to enjoy lasting results.

  • If any damage to your pedicure polish occurs, please contact us within 7 days of your original service to receive a complimentary repair.

  • If your Onyfix® Toenail Correction Brace detaches within 2 weeks of application, we will reapply it at no additional cost.

  • If your Nanoflex® Toenail Reconstruction becomes damaged or breaks within 2 weeks, we will provide a complimentary reconstruction.

Repairs requested after the 2-week window may be subject to standard repair fees.

Add-Ons
Enhance your Healthy Dry Pedicure with optional upgrades designed to elevate both the look and functionality of your service.

If you would like to include any of the following, please be sure to book the appropriate add-on when scheduling your appointment:

  • Classic French polish (pink & white)

  • Chrome finish

  • Onyfix® Toenail Correction Brace

  • Nanoflex® Toenail Reconstruction

  • Gel polish (in place of standard Dazzle Dry® polish)

These enhancements require additional time and materials, so advance selection ensures we can accommodate your request during your visit.
